MEET STEPHEN

When you meet Steve Bozick for the first time you will be impressed with his warm personality and his commitment to offer his clients outstanding mortgage service.  You will have confidence that he will work to find the best source of funds for you and at the best interest rate available in the market place.

Steve manages the mortgage lending office of The Loan Source, a branch in the Mortgage Master Service Corporation network.  He graduated from Washington State University in 1984 with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance.  He entered the mortgage business in 1985 and started his own mortgage company in 1990. 

Steve has received the Certified Mortgage Consultant designation from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the highest industry designation available to mortgage brokers.  Steve has been involved with the Washington Association of Professionals (WAMP) since the early 1990’s.  He has served in various capacities for WAMP and most recently was the Treasurer for the King County Chapter.  He also is an instructor for continuing education classes offered by WAMP. 

Steve was on the advisory panel that worked with the WA Department of Financial Institutions on revisions to the Mortgage Broker Practices Act that implemented loan originator licensing and he is currently a member of the WA State Mortgage Broker Commission. 

Steve is also a member of the Rotary Club of Redmond, and currently serves on the club’s Board of Directors.  Community service has always been important to Steve and this web site service was an investment in the greater Redmond area that he wanted to be a part of.  Steve is a Washington native and resides in Sammamish with his wife Nellie.

When I was introduced to the idea of a community bulletin board that would allow individuals and local businesses to advertise for free I wanted to help make it happen.  We here in Redmond take pride in our community spirit and involvement.  Most of the events that happen here are because people step up and make it happen.
