MEET DR. OWENS

Orv Owens is an author, consultant, seminar and convention speaker to corporations throughout the United States and Canada on the art of developing more productive relationships.  As a key note speaker and seminar teacher, he has been introduced as one of the top ten speakers in the country. Working with hundreds of thousands of individuals and through thousands of organizations, he has inspired countless numbers of people to take a new look at themselves and to begin at once to base their lives on their own natural resources. 

Through years of research, Dr. Owens has found answers that work to questions which have caused breakdowns in relationships in all areas of life. 

As a consultant to corporations such as General Foods, Xerox, Hughes, Dupont, and Government agencies such as Department of Agriculture, Department of Labor, Department of Defense, and Department of Education, he has helped companies and agencies increase their productivity, sales forces multiply their closing ratios, individuals be more effective in their family and personal life, plus realize their own potential and reach personal goals never dreamed possible.

Orv received his formal education at Clark College, Everett College, the University of Washington and Union University.  His Doctorate is in the field of Counseling Psychology. 

He was the National Coordinator of one of the 1980 Presidential Inaugural Celebrations, served on the Presidents National Council on Vocational Education, has been a radio and television personality for many years, the National Register’s “Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals”, has listed him in the 2000 Edition and the American Biographical Institute has named him an “Outstanding Personality of the South”. 

His first book entitled, “Official Know-It-All Guide To RELATIONSHIP SELLING, How to Develop Repeat and Referral Business”  was released in June of 1996 and is now in it’s second printing and is being distributed internationally.  His new book entitled “SQUARE PEGS FOR SQUARE HOLES, The Art Of  Effective Interviewing”, is to be released later this year.
