MEET THE BROMIK GUYS
Kirby D. Owens
Kirby has worked in the construction industry since 1986. He learned general and finish carpentry working with Contour Construction Services, a high-end remodeling company in Seattle WA. In 1993 he became a Journeymen Carpenter while establishing his skills in every other facet of construction, ranging from foundations to roofing and everything in-between. He owned and operated Owens Brothers Construction and was co-owner of Lenssen-Owens Building until 2000 when he joined HammerWorks, Inc.
His project experience is diverse involving healthcare, condominiums, commercial offices, churches and custom single family residences.
In April 2003, Kirby had an intricate roll in the merger of HammerWorks, Inc. and Taylor Gregory Butterfield forming one of the premier design-build firms in the Pacific Northwest.
In February 2006, He decided to take his cumulative construction experience to the next level by founding Bromik Construction Inc., a construction company with full design services. He has partnered with Michael Benes (Design Services) and Brock Sarvis (Field Services) to create a strong team of individuals uniting creativity, diligence and craftsmanship.
Brock R. Sarvis
Brock Sarvis has worked in the construction industry for over 12 years. He learned general and finish carpentry working with BR Hopkins Construction, a high-end remodeling company in the greater Seattle area. In 2000 he became a Journeymen Carpenter with Hammerworks Construction where he established his skills in every facet of construction, ranging from foundations to roofing and everything in-between.
His experience is diverse involving healthcare, condominiums, commercial offices, churches and custom single family residences.
Michael J. Benes
Michael Benes has worked in the architectural design industry for over ten years. He studied at the University of Illinois and earned his degree in architectural studies. He first developed his skills in the Chicago area in several design markets, gaining diverse experience is many different types of construction. In 2003 he moved to the Seattle area and worked for TGB Architects. While continuing to hone his design and space planning skills, he broadened his project management skills through various size projects in the medical industry. In 2006, Mike brought his design/build skills together with his partners to form Bromik. Inc.
His experience is diverse involving healthcare, commercial offices, churches, educational, and custom single family residences.
We at Bromik are excited about this new community service that we are a part of. Building is what we are all about and building community relationship and communication is what this site is all about.
We believe it is important to be a part of what is happening in our area and this site is dedicated to keeping the community informed.
